• Damage During Transportation: If the product is damaged during delivery, please take clear photos of the item’s condition immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours.

• Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong product (wrong item, size, or quantity), you are eligible to request a return or exchange.

2. Return & Exchange Timeframe

• Request Period: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Processing Time: Requests will be processed within 3 – 5 business days after we receive the returned product and complete information.

3. Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer care team using the phone number or email provided on our website. Provide your order details, the issue encountered, and the reason for return or exchange.

2. Request Confirmation: Upon receiving your request, we will confirm and provide guidance on the next steps for returning the product.

3. Return the Product: Carefully repackage the product in its original condition and send it to the address provided. Please include the purchase invoice with the returned product.

4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition. If it meets the return criteria, we will proceed to send a replacement or process a refund according to your request.

4. Return & Exchange Costs

• Due to VICO SCIENCE’s Error: If the return is due to manufacturer defects, delivery damage, or wrong items sent, we will cover all return or exchange shipping costs.

• Due to Customer’s Request: If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons (not caused by VICO SCIENCE), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Policy

• Bank Transfer Refund: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5 – 7 business days after confirming the returned product.

• E-wallet Refund: For payments made via e-wallet, the refund will be issued to your wallet within 3 – 5 business days after confirmation.
